Terms & Conditions

1-Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via prepaid payment or deposit through Stripe or approved payment methods.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or deposit) is received.
  • Fleet Bridge does not dispatch vehicles without payment confirmation.
  • Clients pay the exact quoted amount; additional charges (tolls, parking, gratuity, extra hours) are not included unless specified.

2-Payment Types and Refund Policy

Full Payment Bookings:
  • Clients who pay the full amount at booking are eligible for a full refund if they cancel 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled trip.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the trip or no-shows result in no refund.
Deposit Bookings:
 
  • Clients who secure a booking with a partial deposit are not eligible for any refund, regardless of when they cancel.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, but is applied toward the total trip cost.

3-Minimum Hours & Extra Hour Charges

  • All vehicles have minimum hourly requirements (see pricing page).
  • Booking hours cannot be reduced after confirmation.
  • Extra hours beyond the booked time are billed hourly at the same rate as the booked vehicle.
  • Overtime charges are collected at the end of the trip and must be paid immediately.

4-Vehicle Usage, Spills & Damages

  • Vehicles are for passenger transport only.
  • Smoking, alcohol misuse, or illegal activity inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • Spills, stains, or damage caused by food, drinks, or other substances are the client’s responsibility.
  • Fleet Bridge reserves the right to charge a fixed cleaning/damage fee as follows:
  • Minor spill or stain: 150$
  • Major spill, stain, or damage: 300$
  • Damaging fine starts from 300$
  • Clients paying via Stripe authorize Fleet Bridge to charge the card used for booking for any cleaning or damage fees.

5-Accessibility & Special Request

  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request.
  • Clients must inform Fleet Bridge of any accessibility needs or special requests at the time of booking.

6-Airport Transfers

  • Airport transfers are quote-based only.
  • Estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic, airline schedules, or airport regulations.
  • Clients must provide accurate flight details to avoid delays.

7-Partner Drivers

  • All vehicles are driven by licensed, insured, and professional chauffeurs.
  • Drivers must arrive 15 minutes early, remain professionally dressed, and maintain clean vehicles.
  • Fleet Bridge is not liable for driver misconduct beyond removing the driver from future bookings.

8-Safety & Liability

  • Fleet Bridge ensures all partner vehicles are insured, licensed, and regularly inspected.
  • Clients must follow driver instructions for safety.
  • Fleet Bridge is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

9-Prepaid Booking Protection

  • All prepaid bookings are secured with verified partner fleets.
  • Fleet Bridge guarantees professional service, reliability, and premium experience, protecting clients from scams or unreliable operators.

10-Modifications

  • Fleet Bridge reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website update.
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11-Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should be addressed directly with Fleet Bridge support.
  • Clients agree to not contact partner operators directly for issues or refunds

12-SMS Terms & Conditions

  • By opting in to receive SMS messages from Fleet Bridge USA, you agree to receive text communications related to transportation services, booking confirmations, service updates, and customer support.
  • Message frequency may vary depending on your bookings or interactions with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you send STOP, you will be unsubscribed from future SMS communications.
